The dog is wagging. This is not a proportional response, killing Qassem Soleimani.

Trump’s need for a terror event to wag the dog will come soon as retaliation. Americans everywhere in the world are being imperiled. This event demonstrates how an impeached Trump is down to the last strategic moves to try to ensure reelection in November.
