(1/2) Oh my God. I just heard about the passing of another dear friend, Little Feat's Paul Barrere. A brilliant guitarist, singer and songwriter—a cornerstone of one of the greatest bands of all time. #PaulBarrere pic.twitter.com/vS4rqXhD4J

Bonnie speaks the truth. The late seventies iteration of the band, with Lowell George on slide guitar and the Tower of Power horns blowing for all they were worth was indeed one of the greatest bands, and produced one of the best live albums of the Rock-n-Roll era… Waiting for Columbus.
Some of my favorites:
What I consider their opus Mercenary Territory with it’s incredible Tower of Power horn crescendo…
Goodbye Paul, thanks for the tunes.
