This is literally the same issue as refusing to call PhD or EdD “Dr”. Tom Cotton = Jill Biden. There are two sorts of Rangers in Army, those who serve in Ranger regiment & Ranger School graduates. Cotton is latter & entitled to wear word Ranger on uniform. https://t.co/SyPNPl24ie
