Vaccinations Averaging 3 Million Daily
Vaccinations for Covid-19 have been at 4 million per day in the US for the first two days of April and are proceeding at just over 3 million for the last week.
More than 104 million Americans have received at least one dose according to numbers released for Friday by the Center for Disease Control. That amounts to 31.4% of all Americans, 40.1% of adults old enough to receive a shot and 75% of seniors over 65 Years.
Joe Biden’s goal of 200 million vaccinations in 100 days should be reached around April 21 at this rate and enough doses to accomplish that goal should be delivered by next week. Twenty million vaccinations occurred under Trump.
It might be mentioned in passing that nearly all those getting jabs are potential voters.
