It’s no secret that Donald Trump hates media outlets that challenge him and his administration. In the past, he’s singled out The Washington Post and CNN, corruptly using his office to try to punish them and their parent companies.
Now he appears to be threatening NPR’s funding following a recent dustup between Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and Mary Louise Kelly of NPR’s All Things Considered.
We do have thousands of radio stations in the U.S. And thousands of them are essentially unlistenable.
No doubt Trump’s dream is to have a state television station run entirely by him and his lackeys. Like any fascist worth his salt, he’s going to do whatever he can to squelch criticism of his regime.
The message is crystal clear: Don’t call out Dear Leader’s lies or you will be sanctioned!
That’s scarier than Trump’s spray-tan, coif, and Mr. Creosote tux put together.
Is Trump still singeing your sphincter? Then Dear F*cking Lunatic: 101 Obscenely Rude Letters to Donald Trump and its super-fun sequels Dear Pr*sident A**clown: 101 More Rude Letters to Donald Trump and Dear F*cking Moron: 101 More Letters to Donald Trump by Aldous J. Pennyfarthing are the pick-me-up you need! Reviewers have called these books “hysterically funny,” “cathartic,” and “laugh-out-loud” comic relief. And they’re way, way cheaper than therapy.
