Today, Trump-time announces “strategic national stockpile 2.0“ because the “cupboard was dry”

Trump’s going to Allentown for another photo-op rather than actually doing his job.

“Well, we’re living here in Allentown
And they’re closing all the factories down
Out in Bethlehem, they’re killing time
Filling out forms
Standing in line.”

More Trump nonsense as Trump does a stunt like in Arizona — perhaps he’ll wear only safety glasses again and have “Live and Let Die” blare in the background. FSM-forbid that he actually use the DPA. He will “deliver remarks” meaning that this will have some rally-speak.

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — President Donald Trump is set to announce a new initiative Thursday in Lehigh County called the National Strategic Stockpile 2.0. The major revamp of the National Strategic Stockpile would implement new technology, increase supplies and ask private companies to store supplies in an effort to become less reliant on China.

Trump’s visit is to a warehouse of Virginia-based Owens and Minor in suburban Allentown. The White House said he will also deliver remarks.

It is Trump’s second visit to Pennsylvania this year after appearing a town hall-style event hosted by Fox News at the Scranton Cultural Center in March.

Pennsylvania’s 20 electoral votes are perhaps this year’s premier electoral prize state after Trump’s unexpected win in Pennsylvania in 2016 helped pave his way to the White House.
