Are crimes committed by U.S. private military companies members punishable under U.S. jurisdiction if the crimes were committed outside of the U.S.? How does that work exactly? Is it punishable by both the U.S. and by the country inside of which the country was committed or is there a provision that makes U.S. private military companies immune from prosecution from a foreign power?
