Will Any Politician Ever Be Charged for January 6th [closed]

I firmly believe the answer to this is no, but curious to hear differing opinions. In my view, the even application of law has not existed in America for...decades. The rules simply do not apply for the political/moneyed class of Americans, and the examples are too numerous to list. Is this too pessimistic?
