In the United States, treating COVID using Regeneron's Monoclonal Antibody cocktail has been growing increasingly popular for its usefulness of treating patients at risk of hospitalization. It has FDA emergency use authorization, and was one of the treatments undergone by former president Donald Trump during his bout with the virus.

In Canada however, the treatment is seldom used.

What political factors lead to the lack of usage of Monoclonal Antibodies, and what would be necessary to start?
