There is a reasonable demand for the UNSC reform, in that there are permanent members from Asia, the Americas and Europe - but no permanent members from Africa.

Some of the strong contenders are Egypt, South Africa, Nigeria and the African Union; but there also has to be a reasonable support for that country's seat within Africa.
