One of the most important threats against Israel is Iran's missile program.

Iran Missiles

Iran's missile program is even a threat against Europe. They even fired missiles at a US military base during Donald Trump's presidency a few weeks before the coronavirus outbreak.

Iran attack US base

This raises the question: where did the budget for Iran's missile industry come from?

Given that they could not finance it internally. (At least until the bitcoin mining that has just begun in Iran.)
Are Iran's missile industries financed by the JCPOA?
If so, why have negotiations been resumed by the Biden administration?

And is there a political plan to counter the mining of cryptocurrencies by terrorists?
