Yevgeny Prigozhin attempted opening the "Wagner center" startup incubator in St. Petersburg. This would have been by idea the free working space for inventors, IT specialists, startups and the like.

The center was banned for opening, by the version of Y.Prigozhin, due "ideological reasons" (source, Meduza).

Yevgeny Prigozhin is the famous mercenary manager that provided troops for Russia in Ukraine and is generally depicted as a very powerful figure in mass media, with close personal ties with V.Putin himself. I was really surprised somebody can stand in his way, and not even in something around his mercenaries but just to oppose the innovative business. Such startup incubators are quite common in places like Switzerland. What is going on? What are the "ideological reasons"?
