Should Japan develop nuclear weapons to protect itself from Russian or Chinese invasion? [closed]

Recently, Russia invaded Ukraine. Just 10 years ago, it was unthinkable. Should Japan, which is not a member of NATO, develop nuclear weapons to make Russian, or Chinese, invasion less probable?
