Policies adopted by western countries regarding religions

The Politicus
As far as I realize, in most Muslim-majority countries -
- the state and religion are separate; however, the state recognizes and respects religion.
- religion, religious scriptures, and religious figures cannot be made fun of or disrespected.
- someone cannot publicly criticize or denounce religion.
- someone cannot commit blasphemy in public.
As far as I realize, on the contrary, most Western countries have adopted quite the opposite policies.
What other differences exist between Muslim-majority countries and most Western countries in general regarding religion?
