Is the political landscape in Russia ripe for turning into a post WWI Germany? [closed]

Assumption: Regardless of the ongoing conflict it is clear that Russia will be hit with heavy and lasting sanctions. It might accumulate debt it needs to pay to Ukraine.

Something that worries me, is not the threat of nuclear warfare but, the eerie similarity to post WWI Germany. It was hit with crippling sanctions that eventually lead to an uprising nationalistic movement. Of course this is a massive simplification from someone who does not know politics very well.

I am asking if the political conditions in Russia are ripe for the same kind of transition we saw in post WWI Germany, or are the similarities are just very shallow?
