Is it possible to obtain refugee status in the country from which you suffered? [closed]

I have lost my income from foreign website because of sanctions. For the example, if this were the only source of income, and I can't get any other, and the only way to survive is to get abroad where there are no sanctions, would I be able to obtain refugee status from the countries which have imposed the sanctions?
