Is Humvee a weapon?

Humvee is a four-wheel drive military truck. A photo is currently posted with a couple of these machines pictured during the recent invasion into Belgorod, Russia (by Russian Volunteer Corps). Even if so named, these corps fight against Russian armed forces. Some say, "using American weapons".

Is Humvee a weapon? I understand that about any can car be used in assault and also every bicycle to some extent. But if I post somewhere "a Humvee for sale", does it mean I sell weapons? And if I buy one and give to Ukraine, does it mean I supply exactly weapons to Ukraine?
