Is a war sufficient argument to say it is morally good to encourage corporations by Western governments to terminate remote services from Russia? [closed]

Since the start of the Ukrainian war Western government spent a lot of time to devise some form of sanctions to punish Russia, but many of them are not so effective, so here there is another idea.

Russia has a lot of firms that provide remote services and software development to western companies. Now not only this is a source of revenues for Russia, but at this point this is a security risk. This is just one example that I found with a simple search with the keywords: Russia remote service firm

Shouldn't Western government (taking into account the role of Russia in Russia-Ukraine war) provide to their companies a waiver allowing them early termination of their contracts without paying penalties and encourage those companies to use it?
