I mean, it seems illogical for Russia to announce an invasion of Ukraine, and then be like "oh, by the way, we should also kill their president. Call the assassins".
Say what? Why didn't you do that in the first place? Now that the invasion has started and Zelensky is hiding in bunkers, it's going to be much harder to get to him.
So, why didn't the Russians just kill him prior to the invasion? Or is this just propaganda, and they don't actually want to kill him? (One possibly reason being that it's good for Russia that an inexperienced comedian is at the helm during the war, and not some military general or something).
