Based on photo credits, TASS and various other Russian media have released several photos of IAEA chief Grossi being given an explanation around the tail end of a rocket sticking out the ground. I have two questions about that photo, but I'm going to ask them separately. (First Q is here is about who else is in the photo.)
My second Q: (how) is that rocket booster related to the claimed rocket attack near the spent fuel facility. Is it the booster of the rocket that is said to have exploded? Or is it another rocket in the photo?
(BTW, sometimes whole unexploded rockets stick out of the ground like that. I assume they had the common sense not to invite Grossi next to a live, unexploded one.)
