Did President Biden consider using Barack Obama instead of Kamala Harris to try to ease the growing tensions between Ukraine and Russia?
I would like to know if President Biden had considered asking Barack Obama to go over to Europe instead of Kamala Harris back during January and February to try to ease the growing tensions between Ukraine and Russia.
Since President Obama was skilled at diplomacy, it seems to me that he would have been the ideal person to negotiate a last-minute peace deal between Ukraine and Russia.
"The 2009 Nobel Peace Prize was awarded to United States President Barack Obama for his "extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2009_Nobel_Peace_Prize#:~:text=The%202009%20Nobel%20Peace%20Prize%20was%20awarded%20to%20United%20States,diplomacy%20and%20cooperation%20between%20peoples%22.
