Could sanctions to Russia harm Ukraine if Ukraine would get occupied? [closed]

So as we know Ruble has fallen along with other financial institutions in Russia as a result of war. But could be possible that Russia put the burden of sanctions on Ukraine once it is fully occupied? Like capturing Ukrainian Hryvnia to counteract fall in Ruble or exploiting resources in Ukraine to circumvent the deficit sanctions has caused?
