Are the transcripts from GWU.EDU National Security Archive fictitious? [closed]

I am trying to learn more about the political relationship between USA and Russia since 1990. I stumbled on the National Security Archive of George Washington University right here:

I'm reading through each of the transcripts. But I question whether these are genuine transcripts or if they are fictitious. Does anyone know?

Note: I suspect these transcripts are fictitious because they paint Russian leaders as gullible people. But that might be because I've got the benefit of hindsight...
