Received two e-mails this week from U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D. OH) in support of his fellow Ohio Democrats. First, here’s his e-mail in support of these Democrats running to flip some red districts blue:

Ohio is a key battleground for 2020.

If we’re going to fight for values like the Dignity of Work, affordable health care for all and fight back against President Trump’s phony populism, then we need strong allies in Congress.

There are three exciting candidates running to flip House seats in Ohio from red to blue: Kate Schroder (OH-01), Desiree Tims (OH-10), and Hillary O’Connor Mueri (OH-14). If you can, will you split a contribution between their campaigns?

Kate, Desiree, and Hillary are exactly the strong Ohio leaders we need in Congress — and they have a real chance to win:

Kate Schroder (D. OH-01)

A fifth generation Cincinnatian, a cancer survivor, and a mom, Kate is a fierce advocate for health care and is committed to investing in jobs and creating more opportunities for Ohioans.

Desiree Tims (D. OH-10)

Born and raised in Dayton, Desiree is a Team Sherrod alum who understands what Daytonians need from leaders in Congress, and she would be the first African American and the first woman to ever represent Ohio’s 10th.

Hillary O’Connor Mueri (D. OH-14)

Hillary grew up in a middle-class family in Painesville, and she’s running to bring back jobs and to secure affordable health care. After years of being placed behind Wall Street and corporate interests, Hillary is fighting to put Northeastern Ohio families first.

Kate, Desiree, and Hillary are counting on strong grassroots support to flip these three Ohio House seats from red to blue this November. If you can, split a contribution between their campaigns today.

Received this e-mail from Brown in support of these Ohio Democratic incumbents campaigns:

I wrote to you about three great Ohio candidates running to flip House seats from red to blue. And today, I want to talk to you about my colleagues defending critical blue seats in Ohio: Reps. Joyce Beatty (OH-03), Marcy Kaptur (OH-09), Marcia Fudge (OH-11), and Tim Ryan (OH-13).

If we’re going to win in 2020, we must win in Ohio. President Trump and Washington Republicans know that — that’s why they’re investing time and resources into our state.

Joyce, Marcy, Marcia, and Tim need our grassroots support for Democrats to keep the House Majority. If you can chip in a few dollars today, please consider splitting a contribution between their campaigns.

We can’t afford to lose Joyce, Marcy, Marcia, and Tim’s leadership in Congress:

Rep. Joyce Beatty (D. OH-03)

Joyce is an icon in the fight for justice who understands the importance of the Dignity of Work. She’s fighting for living wages, equal pay, training and education opportunities for central Ohio workers.

Rep. Marcy Kaptur (D. OH-09)

Marcy has been a fierce champion for Northwest Ohioans for 30 years. She has a proven track record of defending health care, making our economy work for everyone and not just the rich and powerful, and fighting to remove dark money’s corruptive influence from our elections.

Rep. Marcia Fudge (D. OH-11)

In Congress, Marcia is fighting to strengthen job opportunities, support small businesses, improve access to affordable health care and quality education, and defend the civil rights of all Ohioans.

Rep. Tim Ryan (D. OH-13)

Tim is a strong voice for the Mahoning Valley in Congress, fighting to create high-quality, high-paying jobs, make college more affordable, and combat the opioid crisis.

Control of the House is essential to fighting President Trump’s dangerous, anti-worker agenda and phony populism.

We need to protect every blue seat — including these four. If you can, split a contribution between Joyce, Marcy, Marcia, and Tim’s campaigns today.
