Oh, look! A Biden scandal, once removed, that kind of looks like something resembling a scandal — even though it’s already been thoroughly debunked by numerous fact-checkers!
Let’s spend the next six months navel-gazing about it. Hey, it worked with Hillary! She’s not president, is she?
Here's @kenvogel of the New York Times saying on MSNBC that he views Joe Biden son's work in Ukraine as “a significant liability for Joe Biden.”
“There is a story here,” Vogel adds, saying “we're going to continue to, sort of, pull that back.” (I'm sure Trump is very grateful!) pic.twitter.com/HSl90pk6Zn

Here’s the built-in “disadvantage” for any Democratic candidate (or any non-venal, non-corrupt, recognizably human candidate, for that matter). Any mere whiff of scandal gets endlessly elaborated on in the interest of “fairness,” while hundreds of gaffes, scandals, outrages, and outright inhuman behavior on the part of Trumpanzee gets half a day of exposure before being flushed more or less permanently down the memory hole.
We saw months and months of coverage of “her emails,” for instance — and now we have a pr*sident who walks around 24/7 with an unsecured cellphone, spills highly classified secrets to Russians in the Oval Office, and tries to bribe foreign governments (with previously earmarked money) to investigate a political opponent.
Yup, that’s a fair-and-balanced approach.
Hey, Joe Biden is not my top pick, but if Elizabeth Warren ends up being our nominee, look for perpetual media speculation over whether the Native American thing is “hurting” her. Not the fact that the sitting pr*sident continually uses racial slurs against his opponent. Oh, no. That’s just the crazy world we live in now.
Enough of this. The Biden-Ukraine connection has been debunked.
You have plenty of Trump scandals to pick from. Be thorough about those first. This is not a game. It’s a crucial election that will determine the fate of our democracy.
Is Trump still chafing your arse-cheeks? Then Dear F*cking Lunatic: 101 Obscenely Rude Letters to Donald Trump and its breathlessly awaited sequel Dear F*cking Moron: 101 More Letters to Donald Trump by Aldous J. Pennyfarthing are the pick-me-up you need! Reviewers have called these books “hysterically funny,” “cathartic,” and “laugh-out-loud” comic relief. And they’re way, way cheaper than therapy.
