NH-Sen: Sen. Sherrod Brown (D. OH) Refuses To Let Corey Lewandowski (R) Defeat Jeanne Shaheen (D)

1 min read

Received this e-mail today from U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D. OH) in support of U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen’s (D. NH) re-election campaign:

Sen. Sherrod Brown (D. OH)

Corey Lewandowski is back.

Lewandowski’s tenure as President Trump’s volatile campaign manager only lasted a few months, but now, he’s considering challenging my friend and colleague, New Hampshire Sen. Jeanne Shaheen. Losing Jeanne’s seat could crush our hopes of taking back the Senate in 2020.

At a campaign rally in New Hampshire last week, Trump encouraged Lewandowski — his special guest — to jump in the race. We have to mobilize our support for Jeanne.

Help defend Jeanne’s seat by splitting a contribution between her campaign and mine now.

Ever since his stint as Trump’s short-lived campaign manager, Lewandowski has been a mouthpiece for this administration’s hateful agenda and a lobbyist in Washington. He will no doubt use those connections to deep GOP pockets to fuel his campaign for the Senate, and outside groups are already on track to spend more money to defeat Jeanne than any other Democratic senator.

We’re here to help so Jeanne doesn’t face the onslaught of dark money on her own.

Send Jeanne your support by splitting a contribution between her campaign and mine to help her defend her seat and win in 2020.

With gratitude,

Sherrod
