new PA ruling makes it 1-39, but Trumpian innumeracy continues because they can't not be confused

3 min read

Trumpists keep repeating wrong numbers, hoping that the reiteration will magically transform them into the official count. Wrong-O, but they’re continuing the legal maneuvering. This time a GOP legislator’s suit tries to invalidate a GOP-passed law in order to throw out Democratic votes and fails in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has dismissed the lawsuit from Rep. Mike Kelly and candidate Sean Parnell to declare universal mail-in voting unconstitutional in the state and deny the votes of the majority of Pennsylvanians who voted by mail.

The court unanimously throws out Trump supporters’ request for an injunction to block certification of the election. That’s the last PA case currently in court.

The GOP really wants PA vote disinformation to stick and will use misinformation to do it. One GOP state legislator is trying to confuse the issue and Trump simply repeats it.

Actually it's the total number for all parties requested for the primaries, not the general election. The figures match exactly for the number requested and the number returned. State Senator Mastriano who attended the stunt spectacle in Gettysburg has got nothing, except he keeps repeating an error because he wants to trash legal votes and substitute electors appointed by the GOP legislature in PA.
