Received this e-mail from U.S. Senator Maggie Hassan (D. NH) in support of Cal Cunningham’s (D. NC) U.S. Senate campaign:

Cal Cunningham’s Senate race against Republican Thom Tillis is quickly becoming the most expensive — and competitive — of 2020.

Tillis has spent his career undoing the Affordable Care Act — all to please his pharmaceutical campaign backers.

Cal will take on corporate special interests who want to turn a profit by driving up premiums, co-pays, and prescription drug costs for hard-working Americans.

Polls show that this race is extremely tight, and the stakes couldn’t be higher. Please rush $3 or whatever you can to elect Cal, flip North Carolina, and win back the Senate.

Republicans are laser-focused on this race too. Mitch McConnell’s shady super PAC just bought up $21.8 MILLION in advertising to give Tillis a leg up.

With this team standing with him, Cal can beat Tillis and Democrats can win back the Senate. We just need to raise $5,000 for his campaign before midnight in order to do it.

Online donations are so incredibly important these days, and Cal is counting on your support. Please give $3 or more to stand with Cal and take back Senate control.

Thank you,

Team Maggie
