Election maven Nate Silver has taken note of our humble l’il community’s presidential preferences, which means we’re on the vanguard of … something. A Kamala Harris surge, maybe?
This pleases me, because Nate Silver called me (okay, all of us) a high-information Democratic activist. And that’s the first time anyone has ever appended “-information” to the usual descriptor people use for me.
Also, I voted for Harris, which is exciting because I usually pick the candidate no one cares about. (I stand by my primary vote for Dennis Kucinich, in case you're wondering.)
Of course, this wasn’t a scientific poll, but it may be a fair indication of where the zeitgeist is at this early date.
It’s too early to declare a frontrunner, but to my untrained eye (and Silver’s trained one, apparently), it seems at least noteworthy.
