Received this e-mail today from Governor Steve Bullock’s (D. MT) U.S. Senate campaign:
Last week, dozens of blue USPS mailboxes were removed without explanation from cities and towns across Montana.
Now, the mega-donor appointed as Postmaster General is refusing to return them all.
In a big, rural state like Montana, we rely on a functioning postal service more than most to make sure our bills, letters, prescriptions, and mail-in ballots get delivered on time.
There's just no good reason to remove these mailboxes or sorting machines.
The Postmaster General should bring all of our missing mailboxes back immediately and have to answer why they were removed in the first place.
We can't play political games with something as essential as the mail.
Thank you for raising your voice today on this critical issue,
— Team Bullock
