Fox News Host Grills Kellyanne Conway: Is Trump Scared of Biden?

Kellyanne Conway got some unexpectedly tough questions when she appeared Wednesday on Fox News to offer her take on the Super Tuesday results.

Host Martha MacCallum began by asking the White House counselor to respond to reports that President Trump is “concerned” about potentially going up against former Vice President Joe Biden in the fall “because he is popular in some of those rust belt states.”

“I’m sure that’s being pushed forward by the Biden people,” Conway said with a smile from the White House lawn, dismissing the notion that “Donald Trump fears Mike Bloomberg” or “Donald Trump fears Joe Biden.” She said “it doesn’t matter” whom Trump runs against because that person will have to “run against the Trump economy.” She called it “nonsense” that Trump “wouldn’t want to face Joe Biden,” labeling him “Hillary 2.0.”…


George Conway, the husband of White House presidential counselor Kellyanne Conway, bragged on Twitter about his large donation to former Vice President Joe Biden.

After Biden's successful Super Tuesday performance, the Republican attorney expressed his support for Biden's campaign online, revealing his $2,800 contribution. “Here's a receipt for your $2,800 contribution,” a screenshot of an email from ActBlue read.

Conway, a vocal critic of the president, has suggested Trump be impeached again for firing Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman and now-former U.S. Ambassador to the European Union Gordon Sondland. “If this were a criminal investigation, and Alexander Vindman and Sondland had given their testimony to a grand jury, this Friday Night Massacre could have been a crime,” Conway wrote in a Washington Post op-ed.…
