ME-Sen: Sara Gideon (D) Goes After Trump's Attacks On Clean Air Protections

1 min read

Received this e-mail today from Sara Gideon’s (D. ME) U.S. Senate campaign:

Fossil-fueled power plants are a major source of the greenhouse gases that are altering our climate.

And yet, the Trump Administration recently announced their plans to roll back clean air protections, allowing power plants to continue polluting our air and warming our Earth.

There’s good news, though:

Maine – along with 21 other states – is suing the Trump Administration over their decision to roll back these clean air protections!

Will you lend your voice to our fight? We need as many people as possible to speak out:

Sign my petition and tell the Trump Administration to stop trying to roll back critical clean air protections.

The truth is, climate change won’t wait for us. It’s already here, and we need to move quickly if we’re going to have a chance at stopping it.

So thank you for taking action on this important issue.
