AOC invites U.S. soccer star Rapinoe to House of Representatives; she'll be there, man

Megan Rapinoe has made it clear she won’t visit the White House should the U.S. women’s soccer team win the World Cup, but she’ll be heading to Washington regardless.
After the U.S. team beat rival France in the quarterfinals yesterday, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez invited Rapinoe and her teammates to visit the House of Representatives in a Trump-free celebration of America.
Needless to say, it was fun to watch.
It may not be the White House, but we’d be happy to welcome @mPinoe & the entire #USWMNT for a tour of the House of Representatives anytime they’d like. 🇺🇸 https://t.co/ccgqE8vCds

Presumably the invitation stands, win or lose. (Hey, we hope they’ll win, but it’s nice to know there will be a party actually worth watching this summer after Trump hosts his gauche Celebration of Himself on July 4.)
Go Rapinoe. Go USA. Go soak your spongy circus peanut head in the Potomac River, Mr. Pr*sident.
