It’s simple: We cannot reopen the economy without a huge expansion of testing for the coronavirus.
Without testing and contact tracing, forcing people to go back to work is only going to hasten the spread of this virus, and far too many will get sick because of this misguided move.
For too long, the government’s response to this crisis has been too little, too late. The administration promised everyone could get tested but has failed to deliver. We need proactive action on testing before we can reopen businesses
