Laura Ingraham on reparations and the history of oppression: 'We won, you lost, that's that'

On her eponymous podcast today, Laura Ingraham turned the racism up to 11. And it got stuck there. And now she’s just Ann Coulter roughly two minutes before she was skeletonized by piranhas.

Ingraham was talking about reparations and it got a little, well, weird. And by “weird” I mean horrifyingly hateful and offensive.

Via Media Matters:

INGRAHAM: People would argue that the whole world, and I would, the whole world has been reshaped by people taking other people's land. It's called conquest.

They want to live in a fake world. As Trump always says, “you don't get do-overs.” No do-overs, that's it. There was an argument, sometime — I think it was the 1980s. There was a quote, you won, we lost, that's that. Describing world politics, we won, you lost, that's that. That's just the way it is.

Sure, that’s fine if you’re talking about the Peloponnesian War or something, but African-Americans were crushed by racism and the legacy of slavery until … well, now.

Of course, if there are no do-overs and all results are final, why are Ingraham and her ilk still squealing about Roe v. Wade and prayer in public school and the cancelation of Duck Dynasty?

Oh, come on. I think you know the answer.
