WATCH: NBA Legend And Coach Steve Kerr Puts Trump In His Place With Scathing Takedown

Donald Trump just got owned by Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr.

On Saturday morning, Fox News reported on the Warriors’ star player Stephen Curry declining an invite to the White House. It has been tradition for championship teams to be honored at the White House. But that tradition will not continue this year.

After hearing the report, Trump took to Twitter and whined like a baby about Curry before rescinding the invitation.

In solidarity with Curry, the Golden State Warriors chose not visit the White House as a team, and will instead meet with the mayor of Washington D.C. to be recognized for their incredible achievement. In short, Trump just got snubbed.

When asked about Trump’s attack on Curry, former Chicago Bulls and San Antonio Spurs player and current Warriors coach Steve Kerr issued a sharp rebuke.

“The idea of civil discourse with a guy who is tweeting and demeaning people and saying the things he’s saying is sort of far-fetched,” Kerr told reporters. “Can you picture us really having a civil discourse with him? It was an actual chance to talk to the president. After all, he works for us. He’s a public servant. He may not be aware of that, but he is a public servant, right? So maybe as NBA champions, as people in a prominent position, we could go in and say, ‘This is what’s bothering us, what can we do about this?’”

But Trump made that opportunity impossible when he attacked Curry. Let’s all keep in mind that Curry is a person of color while Tom Brady is white. Brady did not attend when the New England Patriots visited the White House earlier this year, but Trump didn’t attack Brady for the snub.

Kerr, who has been apart of several championship teams during his career, went on to destroy Trump’s attack on the NFL.

“How about the irony of, ‘Free speech is fine if you’re a neo-Nazi chanting hate slogans, but free speech is not allowed to kneel in protest?’” Kerr said. “No matter how many times a football player says, ‘I honor our military, but I’m protesting police brutality and racial inequality,’ it doesn’t matter. Nationalists are saying, ‘You’re disrespecting our flag.’ Well, you know what else is disrespectful to our flag? Racism. And one’s way worse than the other.”

And Trump is only complaining about of them, which tells us everything we need to know about him. He’s a racist and he stands for white supremacy.
