Romney Sued for Racketeering

On October 18, 2013, Willard Mitt Romney and a plethora of cohorts was sued for Civil Racketeering under the RICO Act of 1970.

Even though U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder has gone upon the record multiple times, stipulating no one is too big to jail; the average citizen knows that is a bogus statement.

Currently the case is before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, as Romney & gang seek a permanent dismissal by a 130 year old case of Barton doctrine.

Mitt's "retroactive" secrets include the fact that his law firm had a partner from 1999, who became the United States Attorney in Delaware on August 2, 2001. (Colm Connolly - buried any investigation and/or prosecution of Romney/Bain Capital for 7 years).

Currently - Romney IS above the law; and that can change?
