Deranged Trump Calls Out Comey On Twitter; This Might Be His Biggest Lie Yet

Donald Trump is now claiming that he never told former FBI Director James Comey to stop investigating his former national security adviser, even though he previously made of having taped a conversation with Comey, and later, the former reality show star inadvertently debunked his own claim. Trump has been for a while now. As the Russia investigation heated up, Trump fired Comey. Early Sunday morning, as expected, Trump as the walls close in with Mueller zeroing in on his administration.

Trump then called Comey a liar.

“I never asked Comey to stop investigating Flynn,” he tweeted. “Just more Fake News covering another Comey lie!”

“After years of Comey, with the phony and dishonest Clinton investigation (and more), running the FBI, its reputation is in Tatters – worst in History!” he continued. “But fear not, we will bring it back to greatness.”

Trump in an interview after Comey was fired that he asked the former FBI Director if he was under investigation.

Two people close to Comey that Trump asked the former FBI Director to back off from investigating Flynn. They had literally seen a memo that Comey had written at the time which documented what took place. In July, in the testimony Comey prepared for the Senate Intelligence Committee, he laid out Trump’s request: “I hope you can see your way clear to letting this go, to letting Flynn go. He is a good guy. I hope you can let this go.”

Trump told Russian officials in the Oval Office that firing “nut job” Comey eased pressure on him, according to the .
