Anne Frank Center Director Just Told Trump To Shove His Anti-Semitism Up His A**

After a recent surge of threats targeting Jewish communities in the United States, Donald Trump remained silent. During a tour of the African American Museum, Donald Trump finally addressed the Holocaust:

I’m not sure he realized where he was at the time… But at least he acknowledged bigotry.

“This tour was a meaningful reminder of why we have to fight bigotry, intolerance and hatred in all of its very ugly forms. The anti-Semitic threats targeting our Jewish community and community centers are horrible and are painful and a very sad reminder of the work that still must be done to root out hate and prejudice and evil.”

“I think it’s horrible. Whether it’s anti-Semitism or racism or any — anything you wanna think about having to do with the divide. Anti-Semitism is, likewise, it’s just terrible.”

Trump’s belated remarks were met with fierce criticism most notably from the Anne Frank Center for Mutual Respect. Their response echoes the feelings of the majority of Americans.

Hillary Clinton also weighed in:

The to commemorate International Holocaust Remembrance day was very simple and brief.

“It is with a heavy heart and somber mind that we remember and honor the victims, survivors, heroes of the Holocaust. It is impossible to fully fathom the depravity and horror inflicted on innocent people by Nazi terror.

Yet, we know that in the darkest hours of humanity, light shines the brightest.‎ As we remember those who died, we are deeply grateful to those who risked their lives to save the innocent.

In the name of the perished, I pledge to do everything in my power throughout my Presidency, and my life, to ensure that the forces of evil never again defeat the powers of good. Together, we will make love and tolerance prevalent throughout the world.”

He failed to mention the 6 million Jews who died during the Holocaust and he failed to acknowledge the state-sponsored, anti-Semitism that led to their demise. In short, he addressed the matter like a junior high student who waited until the last minute to turn in his assignment. “Anti-Semitism is horrible, and it’s gonna stop and it has to stop.”

Trump’s little “show” this morning was embarrassing.
