Nice Miracle
Don't forget Obama won the Nobel Prince of Peace Prize after being in office only 12 days before nominations were closed.

It doesn't matter whether you're a Glenn Beck-quoting, gun-toting, Tea Party-voting Evangelical, or a solar-heating, tofu-eating, New York Times crossword puzzle-cheating Environmentalist, you still got to admire the way the president breathed life into the health care reform bill. It was a gosh-darn miracle. Coming right at the advent of the Holy Season. Coincidence? Well, yeah, okay, probably.    Read more

Protesters also shouted obscenities at other members of the Congressional Black Caucus, spat on at least one black lawmaker and confronted an openly gay congressman with taunts. Capitol Police escorted the members of Congress into the Capitol after the confrontation. At least one demonstrator was reported arrested.

WASHINGTON — Demonstrators outside the U.S. Capitol, angry over the proposed health care bill, shouted "nigger" Saturday at U.S. Rep. John Lewis, a Georgia congressman and civil rights icon who was nearly beaten to death during an Alabama march in the 1960s.     Read more

Well the Democrats have three different avenues to pass the Healthcare Reform Bill even if Martha Coakley loses.

MEDIA: HEALTHCARE REFORM DOOMED

The media will have you believe if Martha Coakley loses the special election in Massachusetts on Tuesday, healthcare reform is lost forever….. Now, I totally get the big deal about the democrats losing their super majority / filibuster proof advantage if Martha Coakley loses on Tuesday. Believe me, I’m not fool. TOP TEN TIPS ON HOW NOT TO GET THE SWINE FLU
By Will Durst

#1. Wash your hands. If soap and water aren't available, use an alcohol-based rub. Single-Malt Scotch should do the trick. Keep that larynx clean as well

#2. Wear a mask. If you can't find one of those scrub masks, use a Halloween mask. What's a pandemic without a little fun? A Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geithner mask might prove effective enough to frighten the swine flu away.    Read more

Paul Hannum's family members say he probably would've gone to the hospital earlier if he had had health insurance.    Read more
